This RV is seldomly used. The engine was replaced n 1/31/2017. So far, the RV is running well although a little bit old. It has electric balance jacks.

See pictures. The leak has been fixed, but we haven't done anything with the ceiling because it's not noticable and not a problem</p><p><br></p><p>THE UGLY:</p><p>In this particular model Coachhouse used laminate on the cupboard doors which is coming loose. I have some ideas of what to do, but I thought I'd leave that decorative item to the next owner</p><p>The bumper came loose on the back and my husband bolted it to the body. <p>2005 Georgie Boy Landau 3650 triple slide motorhome. Mechanically sound. All fluids and tires were replaced at 12,600 miles (tranmission, differential, and coolant). The engine oil was just recently done. Onan 5500 generator. Two 6 volt batteries (wired in series for 12 volts) power the coach. Great for dry camping. The batteries last a long time. The engine and coach batteries were replace last year. Bigfoot leveling system. New engine AC compressor installed last year. No leaks. Runs and drives great.</p><p><br></p><p>The interior has been renovated and the bedroom now has bunk beds built in. Must see to appreciate. Residential sinks and faucets are in the kitchen and bathroom. A buffet was built in to house a beverage refrigerator and more interior storage. New pioneer stereo with Memphis Audio amplified speakers and Kicker subwoofer replaced the old radio. Way too many things to list that have been done to this coach.</p><p><br></p><p>The exterior has the usual blemishes for the year as to be expected. All the basement storage supports work and lock. Tons of outside storage. One issue we never addressed was the broken awning. It does need to be replaced. That is the only thing not working as it should. Otherwise, this motorhome is ready to go camping.</p>
