1999 Fleetwood Prowler RVs for sale

See the one picture that shows it prior to the wrap. We started using it in September last year. We've put about 10,000 miles on it. I traveled and lived in it full-time up to September this year, 2023.<br>I had planned to continue this endeavor for many years, but a bulging disk in my neck has other ideas! As you'll see in the list, I fixed everything needed and some that would be necessary in the next couple of years, like replacing the rear airbags.<br><b>For all repairs, see the photo of the spreadsheet.</b><br><b>Pros:</b><br><li> The engine and mechanics are in perfect working condition. No leaks whatsoever. All gauges work.<br><li> Has Blue Ox Tow Bar, Cables, and Air Brake Connection. (your tow vehicle will need its components to connect to)<br><li> 3-stage full-unit water filtration.<br><b>Cons:</b><br><li> Seven of the tiles on the floor were cracked (2 in the bathroom and 5 in front of the sink/stove). Three of them had to be replaced with tiles that weren't an exact match. We used colored grout caulking rather than standard grout. It's not an exact match, but we had a rug/mat in the kitchen area, so it wasn't worth it to us to redo the entire tile floor.<br><li> One LED bulb in the bathroom vanity doesn't work. This RV is in excellent condition for its year and with super low mileage. Has been well maintained!! Fantastic RV that has it all. I am the third owner. I’ve owned it less than a year. The reason for the sale is because it’s too much to handle for my wife. The vehicle has always been garage kept prior. I store it in a facility that’s covered by three sides with minimal sun exposure to the one side. One side has fully automated sun shade with auto retraction when there’s heavy wind or rain.  I just replaced the tires in July this year. I had over 10k general maintenance done this year including upgrading the air dryer system to current equipment. Water heater updated to electric or gas. Generator inspected.  All belts replaced, water pump, filters etc.  I have all documentation and maintenance reports. The refrigerator and washer/dryer was replaced (brand new) this year. The only issue I can find on the entire rig is a couple tiles have come loose where the master bedroom meets the bath room. Never smoked in.  This may have years on it but I don’t believe you’ll find one as clean nor kept up with low miles.

This occured once in the past and I resealed, which fixed it. However, Hilary dumped a lot of rain on us, so it needs another reseal. It's not a huge job, but I discounted the price because I just took a short notice teaching job and don't have the time to work on it before the next rainy season.<br />-- If you are familiar with truck campers you know the front window is usually an issue. So much so, that big builders like Lance just don't put a window there anymore. <br />-- We haven't used the camper is several years, so I'm unsure about the state of the batteries. It's been on the smart charger, and seems fine -- but you won't know until you go camping.<br />-- Similarly, I have not run a systems check on everything. I've reduced the price to reflect this. 32’ Class A, driver’s side slide out. <br />All the major components are in good order. I recently had all the fluids serviced. This vehicle spent the major of its life in California, as you can see this from the sun faded decals. I've driven this motor home from central California to Oregon and Arizona. In 2022 I moved from California to Pennsylvania and used this to get me across. I never had an issue. We no longer use this and sadly it's time to let someone else make memories with it. <br />The interior has wear and tear you'd expect with a vehicle if this age. <br />There's was an apparent small leak on the antenna seal above the driver's seat which has been sealed.

Great motorhome, but I'm ready for something smaller. Low mileage, lots of storage, all new brakes front & rear including rotors & calipers. 4800w generator that can be connected to house when power is out. Furnace works but does shut off and reignite frequently.<br>Update: I believe the furnace problem is resolved.
