Beautifully maintained coach used gently by my wife and I for the past 14 months, smoke-free and pet-free. We purchased to travel full-time as long as my wife's health would permit, in 2012 she expereinced a debilitating brain aneurysm leaving her partially paralzed. We have enjoyed traveling the east coast and back and forth to Montana; unfortunatley after much consideration this journey must come to an end.
During our ownership we have ensured all maintenance has been performed on-time and by qualified technicians. We have visited Tiffin Service in Red Bay, Alabama to resolve minor punch list items and had the original booth dinette replaced with a computer hutch and adjutable table and chairs. Magnashades on all front windows and entry to ensure the heat stays out on those warmer days, Magnashade wheel covers protect the rubber from harmul UV rays.

Some of the features we particularly enjoyed about the coach include the theater seating, heated floors, Aqua Hot 450D electric/diesel water heater, diesel furnance and engine pre-heater, washer and dryer, spacious shower enclosure, and the "XSH" features which allow for more basement storage and a flat floor from nose to tail.

Upgrades after purchase that are included with the sale are Magna Shade window covers for all front windows and entry door, Magna Shade wheel covers, custom dinette chairs, Air Force One TOAD Braking System, and under chassis Go-Go lighting.

My wife and I will contniue to enjoy the coach until it is sold, we are willing to consider meeting potential buyers if our travels are withing reasonable distances. We welcome Facetime walkthroughs, and any RV inspections desired by a potential buyer.
