One owner purchased new from Colerain RV. Family took it for weekend camping locally very few times (3) in 2022.  We traveled once to Florida for a week and once to Gatlinburg for a week in 2023. I love this camper but the wife enjoys hotel accommodations when on vacation. So I’m reluctantly trying to sell our camper. We’ve only had one issue with the camper since our purchase. The refrigerator wouldn’t stay cold during the heat of the summer. I learned that the coil fans wouldn’t come on automatically when the cooling unit reached a certain temperature. Colerain RV fixed this problem under warranty after two attempts and the refrigerator worked perfectly in Florida and Gatlinburg. The unit has never been wrecked, damaged, or repaired due to damage. The stove has only been used once to cook a pizza. Unit is clean, clean, clean. Like new. There is nothing needing repair on this camper. It’s ready to go. It’s factory equipped with two AC units, slide toppers, and a tankless water heater which is a must for me if every buying another camper. No more conserving of hot water for showers. As long as you have propane, you have hot water. Best feature ever in my opinion. This camper also has unbelievable storage capacity compared to previous campers we’ve owned over the years. There is a place for everything when loading up to go camping. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this fifth wheel, the layout, the craftsmanship, quality, and customer service of Grand Design.
