This trailer is perfect for a couple, or a small family! We purchased the unit new in March 2022 and lived in it full time for 18 months and the setup was perfect for us. This trailer has 2 slides, the kitchen slide is a mega slide that offers so much additional space to the living area and makes it feel like the trailer is even larger than it is!

The bedroom features an east west bed layout, a large closet space, with an additional tall closet equipped with a splendide stackable washer and dryer. The bedroom has it's own AC unit and a functional electric fireplace. The bedroom also features space to hang a TV if you wish while providing ample room for storage. The bedframe has been rebuilt for durability and lifts to display a large open storage compartment.

The bathroom features a large shower that lets in natural light with an overhead sunlight. There are cubbies that offer deep storage for all your toiletries or medicines. We installed a furrion tankless water heating system so you'll never run out of hot water!

The open living area/kitchen offers a dinette nook, a futon couch, and a recliner chair. There is a 40" TV, an additional fireplace in the living room, as well as an AC unit that services this space. The large bay window lets in light and makes the trailer feel incredibly spacious. The kitchen sink has been upgraded to a deep basin stainless steel sink.

As you step outside, the unit features a large awning and is equipped with color changing lights and an outdoor speaker system. Included with this listing is everything that we have bought for this trailer: wheel chocks, wheel cross braces, sewer hose, fresh water hose, and many other accessories. Trailer is currently wired for a Ram truck factory backup camera which can go with trailer if desired by buyer but will otherwise be removed. This trailer has all new outdoor hatch locking cylinders, and even comes with a keyless entry lock for the front door that just needs to be installed.

Note: dinette table top was removed to allow for remote desk set up in kitchen, screen door will be replaced as there is damage to bottom panel of door, and outdoor mini fridge was removed to make space for our Starlink.
