I purchased this toy hauler in August of 2022 in order to travel for work. I lived in it full time since and have maintained very well. Everything is in perfect working order inside and out. I replaced the 2500# jacks with 9000# jacks for added stability. All the attachments (water and sewer hoses, sewer hose leveling stands, 30/50amp electrical cable and dogbone attachments, tire covers, leveling blocks, Equalizer hitch and sway bars included, Onan 4500 generator also) generator is not built in. Setup with Starlink device and Mount on the rear for the dish. Comes with a magnetic bug screen for the rear patio. All original furniture is here and included. TV mount in bedroom, TV in main living area. I have added shelving in bathroom for additional space. Shelves also added in bedroom for charging electronics. Awing is in excellent condition and only used a handful of times. All lighting inside and out works perfectly. All electrical outlets work. All appliances work (AC, furnace, stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer). I will be adding more details in the coming days. Onan Generator and Starlink device are not included in this sale but can be negotiated.
