This unit sleeps 8 comfortably with a queen bed in a private bedroom, 2 pull out sofa beds, and a dining table that converts into a bed. There is laminate flooring, a propane oven/stove combo, microwave, large kitchen sink and walk in shower. So much storage in this trailer not only in the kitchen (including 2 pantrys) but also storage under the queen bed, in both table benches, above the couch, and a full pantry size storage unit in the bathroom. There is also a retractable 30' awning, outside lighting, a full size sliding glass door and an outdoor shower. This will come with 2 20' black/gray and galley tank hoses, white fresh water hose, an extra leveling jack, tire chalk locks and a brand new, never used queen mattress that came with the trailer! Has RVIA camping seal, spare tire kit, Springdale Legacy package and arctic package. Registration was paid in May!

The only con on this trailer is we made the mistake and took our cat on our trip and there are some claw marks on the sofas.
