Our kids have entered their sports phase and we haven’t been able to enjoy for over a year now. It’s best to sell this beauty and focus on their activities. 
It’s an awesome trailer to enjoy on weekends/week long or even live it. A fireplace is awesome on those cold mornings, double AC for those hot summer months. Huge fridge can help stock up for a week long trip. The garage is amazing for storage/bikes/kids play area or dogs. The gate keeps them safe and enclosed. There’s also a bathroom in the garage if you happen to camp where there’s sand, so they don’t trek any inside! There is a queen bed in the garage and the seats that also fold down into a bed. The king bed in the main sleeping area is a must! The couch has recliners so when the fire is going you can relax and enjoy and even turn on the TV for family movie night.
