This unit has been used as a seasonal camper only for the past 4 years and served our family very well. There is some sticker wear on the exteriorm but otherwise this unit is in great shape with no issues. It has never once had a pest issue. Winterization has always been managed very well.

By purchasing this camper before the end of October, you are guaranteed a seasonal site for the 2024 season (2024 site fees paid to campground separately at the seasonal rate). This allows you to bypass the 2 year seasonal wait list! Camper is available as early as October 7, and if you want to use it from then to the remaining part of the season, the seasonal fee will be prorated.
