Large refurbished travel trailer. I bought this trailer with interior damage as a project to fix up. There were plumbing issues which have been fixed. My primary job was to replace the flooring damage caused by said plumbing issues, which have now been resolved. I have fixed a variety of other small items on the trailer, and have tried to make it such that it will be able to have a second life of camping ready to go for the next owner. I have replaced the bunk beds during the process of fixing the unit with an area which could be used as an office. As far as I am aware, every appliance works. I bought the unit in April of this year, and at that time everything was tested. The only thing I cannot currently test are the A/C units due to not having the proper power supply to run them on my property, however, there are two of them, and I have seen them both operating in person as of April. There are no exterior leaks, and the unit has been recently resealed. This is a large unit. Larger than what it may seem in the pictures provided. Please be aware of what towing capacity you may require. I would recommend this unit for those serious about extended camping, or who need the space for a larger family. I considered using the unit personally, but it is just far too much trailer for me. Due to the fact that this trailer has undergone custom work, I would like to encourage anyone reading to please make an aggressive offer.
