The trailer has Florida Rebuildable Title due to water damage. It appears that filler hose came off the filler neck and the previous owner filling up the water flooded the floor. No water damage noted. Incedent happened approimatly three to four months ago. Floor is dry and there is no musty or mold smell. All components on the trailer were tested and are in good working order. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California. This trailer was just over 140,000 when new, have it for large discount.
