This travel trailer is in fantastic condition, its previous owners used it a couple of times on very short local trips, and we only took it out a few times also. We loved it but need something slightly larger! It has brand new leveling jacks installed, a new EAZ LIFT Camco Elite 800lb Weight Distribution Hitch Kit with Sway Control bar, a new memory foam queen mattress, a deluxe travel trailer cover and an air conditioner cover and wheel covers. We’re including everything we bought as first time travel trailer owners like leveling blocks, wheel chocks, sewer hoses, drinking water hoses, leveling kit, septic snake, toilet chemicals, etc. It also has all new silicone sealant on all the usual troublesome spots on travel trailers, even though we had no issues.
