We are the second owner of this fabulous coach. We have loved it immensely! But we are no longer traveling around the country and are wanting to downsize to a fifth wheel to camp near home. Mileage will go up some as we have a few trips planned around home to camp so we will be using the coach until we sell. Everything works as it should. 450 hp Cummins. Tires have around 3,000 miles on them. Serviced regular. New seals in September 2022. 
3 ac units, dishwasher, king bed, washer dryer, outside tv, instant hot water, central vacuum and the back closet is HUGE! Lots of other amenities on this coach!  Please note, there is a currently a crack in the windshield that is getting replaced just waiting on our Insurnace company to finish up. Also, the first owner let their pet scratch some of the furniture. The front driver and passenger seats took the worst of it. Please message with specific questions ! Thanks! !
