**Selling our 2018 Isata 3 after having many pleasurable trips as our boys are growing up. This is a clean unit with plenty of comforts for long stays in a small footprint. One of the best showers that I’ve had in a camper with the Oxygenic Body Spa RV Shower Head and plenty of hot water with the Truma Aqua Go On-Demand 60,000 BTU Water Heater LP. 20,3 Gallon LP Tank (has outside quick connect for gas grill), Remote Thermostatically-Controlled Heating and Cooling, Roof-Mounted and Ducted Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump along with a 20,000 BTU Furnace with Electronic Ignition. For good weather, this unit has 3 MaxxAir Power Vent w/built-in Rain Covers and Remotes. The Bedroom has a nightstand, and a 32” LED TV, with an I-Cool Gel Mattress which we have kept covered. The wardrobe and drawers are cedar lined. On both sides of the bed are plugs and usb ports, The Kitchen has 7.0 cu ft Refrigerator that is both AC/LP with double doors, Gas stove with 3 burners, a micro/convection oven, solid surfaces and a stainless steel sink. Both the sink and the stove have covers so that you have more room for meal prep, The Bathroom has a shower with a soft shower slide door, shower skylight, porcelian foot flush toilet, and stainless steel sink. Both the faucets in the kitchen and the bathroom are residential grade. USB and Power Outlets in the Cabover bunk/bed and we have installed a new Visio Smart TV mounted above the entry door which is tied into the stereo system and the DVD Player. This is the main unit which can be enjoyed from both the cabover bunk, banquet and captain chairs. There is storage under the banquet, under the bed, the pantry, wardrobe, storage drawers, bathroom and kitchen cabinets. Not to exclude outside storage. Last our RV includes a Cummins Onan RV QD 3200 Diesal Generator.

**With the toad and the RV comes the Blue Ox System and the RVibrake3 System. The Honda makes a good addition to the RV as it allows you to carry additional items like for us our solo stove, floats, etc for different camping excursions.
