One owner fifth wheel that has traveled from main to Florida twice. Our Fifth Wheel has been parked in an RV resort for the past five years.  This year we replaced the living room air conditioning and the last year we replaced the bedroom, air conditioning and heat pump.  we have a company that washes our Fifth Wheel every four months and they wax it every year.  The roof has been resealed, even though we had no leaking.  Our maintenance person said it was a good idea and all of the rubber has been replaced on the roof. We are only selling it for one reason. We bought a home and we are no longer in need.  everything works great. The only issue we have is the leather on the couches starting to peel a little bit.
