The camper is like new, solar power ready and carport kept. It has power automatic leveling jacks, and opposite slides, and a remote. Being in the kitchen and living room is like sitting in a house, it is very spacious and has a huge back window. We have included a 46"HD TV that has a beautiful picture and a Winegard Carryout G3 (for Direct TV or Dish satilite. All you need is a reciever). There are 4 cubed speakers in the kitchen and living room which gives you good sounds while watching tv or listening to music. The kitchen appliances are very clean and ready to be used. We have removed the right hand bench and used two kitchen chairs. It really opened up the rooms. The removed bench can be replaced if requested. Under the other bench is a huge drawer for storage. One of the recliner chairs has cracks where your head rests. I have made towel covers for them, which is really a lot better. There are decorated lights above the slides too. (Great for watching tv.) The bathroom has plenty of storage. The bedroom has plenty of room for walking around the queen size bed. We did have a custom made matterss for it. Under the bed is storage space. The bedroom does have a 27'HD TV in too. Across the front of the camper is storage too. The camper also has outside speakers. We are also including a white water and black water hose, parking pads, chalks for the tires and a swaybar hitch, two haul away sewage tanks.The camper would make a good home for a single or couple. The only reason we are selling it is because of our health.
