Has brand new transmission 5k, sink, mini fridge, storage, one 30 gal fresh and one gray water tank, electric pump , RV hook up, and mini AC hookup (they cost $500) The body is fair, there is no rust, the tires have plenty of tread, these vans sell for much more from what I have seen. I have thousands in this custom build and lots of labor. Built during COVID-19 then really never used it.
