this coach is in perfect condition,oil and filter changes on engine every 7 thousand miles or every year.Oil and filter on the 12,500 cummins generator with 1380 hrs every 200hrs. Automatic wind and rain sensor Awning outside.A 40 thousand lb towing ball with air feeds to trailer. 65lbs propane tank for cooking and heat. Big foot automatic leveling jacks. 150 gallons of fresh water, 80 gallon black holding tank with 90 gallons of gray water holding ,the tanks are heated and a fresh water flush for tank.The ceiling in the coach is 7ft tall with 2 fans and 2 Fantec ceiling vents with remotes. I updated the kitchen countertop and settee to quartz and added a full size sink,with a nice back splash. The bathroom has a Tecma porcelian toilet with a Mascerator pump and a duel flush wall switch. I replaced the 12 gallon hot water heater in2021. and updated all the interior lighting to led. The coach tanks are 110 gallons a side,all new house batterys,with a 28 hundred whatt inverter. the coach has cherry hardwood flooring thruout and hard wood doors. the Queen mattress in the bedroom is custom built and very comfortable and you can get around the bed to make it.
