This motorhome is extremely clean inside, outside, roof and undercarriage, comfortable, and in excellent condition.

*Awning is in excellent condition
*No leaks, it is kept covered
*Newer tires (about 5,000 miles on them)

*Drives straight, not pulling either way if you let go of the steering wheel
*Strong engine power with super LOW miles
*Onan generator works perfectly
*All of the components; air conditioner, electric blinds, space heater, exterior lights, turn signals, hot water heater inverter, refrigerator, convection oven, TV and VCR, control panel are all in working order. I will be happy to drive it to a local mechanic for a thorough inspection.
This unit is the proverbial cream-puff.
I had a lot of fun using it, but my husband just wasn't as interested.
It's driven weekly, and the generator is started and runs for about 15 minutes, monthly.
We just did a full synthetic oil change, (June '23) and we keep fuel stablizer in the tank, which feeds the generator as well.

Vehicle inspection and new tags (stickers) done today, July 17, 2023.
