Generally in good condition, carpet has some wear. Bright inside with lots of windows and the lighter colored interior. Very clean, could be lived in. I have put insulation in several places and will leave the excess foam insulation for buyer if they want it. Lots of storage under queen bed–inside and outside, under bunkbeds–outside, under dining seats, food cabinets, 2 large drawers in kitchen. There's a heating cable for the waterline to prevent freezing and black corrugated vinyl tubing to protect the line and cable. Also tubing for gray and black water.
