This is a great trailer for getaways off the grid or at an RV park or to live in as a full-time resident! Totally spacious and comfortable! This 5th wheel feels like your home away from home. Whether you want to vacation or live in this trailer, you will feel comfortable knowing there have only been 2 owners and is in good shape. There's a great AC and heating unit and solar panels. I've never used the awning, so not 100% of its condition. The interior looks really nice and the appliances work well. The interior swivel livingroom chairs both recline and there is a TV included. The master room is a few steps up from the kitchen and has a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage. Bonus, there's a washing machine/dryer combo too. Storage for two large propane tanks on the side and so much locking exterior storage. There is a minor ding in one of the front storage units and it is not lockable and the generator needs some minor repairs. This is a great starter trailer for someone or a great place to retire.
