To provide a simple, quick, and easy interaction, dealers and retail owners will no longer need to contact individual component part manufacturers to receive pre-authorization for warranty repairs on Thor Motor Coach branded motorhomes. Thor Motor Coach now facilitates the warranty claims on behalf of the dealer and retail owners, allowing a “SINGLE SOURCE” of contact to work with the motorhome’s component part manufacturers.
