EverGreen Recreational Vehicles LLC has introduced the new Bay Hill 379FL fifth-wheel, offering an open concept floorplan with a spacious front lounge.
Instead of a front bedroom, the Bay Hill 379FL features a huge family room lounge with two 80-inch sofas situated in opposing slideout rooms. The two sofas, combined with two theater seats, provide comfortable seating for eight adults and a relaxing viewing area for an entertainment center with big screen TV and fireplace.
The two facing 80-inch sofas in the lounge area convert into a semi-private sleeping area for four adults when the sofas fold out into two queen-sized beds. The new Bay Hill features five slideouts to expand every living area for a true residential finish.
The open concept feel of EverGreen’s newest Bay Hill floorplan consists of a half wall of storage cabinets acting as a partition between the center kitchen area and the step-up lounge. This leaves the ceiling to the upstairs open with a greatroom effect to the kitchen below. The master bedroom in the very rear of the coach and the living area in the front provide privacy for guests.
The kitchen is designed with two facing slideouts opening up the dining and food preparation areas. The main focus of the kitchen is an island with an undermount stainless sink built into the Corian countertop. A breakfast nook slideout with fre-estanding table and four chairs is curbside. The opposite slide houses an optional 22-cubic-foot residential French double-door refrigerator with freezer beneath, a three burner range with oven and microwave and exhaust fan under is also standard-all stainless steel. A large pantry with a designer glass door features organized storage with shelves and drawers. On the forward wall of the kitchen, adjacent to the stairs, is an attractive hutch with Corian countertops, solid wood cabinets below and shelving lit with LED accent lighting.
The master bedroom in the rear of the Bay Hill has a more open feel because of the full-height radius ceilings. A standard queen bed or optional king bed in a slideout room creates full walk-around space around the bed. Overhead storage above the headboard also has LED-reading lights. Generous wardrobes, chests of drawers and a storage closet prepped for a washer and dryer combination complete the bedroom amenities. A private bedroom/bath entrance door in the hall to the bedroom adds convenience and gives the Bay Hill 379FL two entrances.
The bath of the new Bay Hill features a 48-inch residential, sit-down shower with sliding glass doors and a large skylight overhead. Linen closet storage with cabinets and shelving are handy. Full-sized residential commode and sink fixtures round out this true residential bath.
