We moved our production facility from Abbotsford, BC Canada to Yakima, WA USA in 2008 where we bought the old Alpenlite production facility here in Yakima. We were able to immediately offer an 11% to 15% price reduction in our products offered, quickly moving ALP into the value leader in quality manufacturing.
ALP builds truck camper under the Adventurer and Eagle Cap brands along with Class C units for a large rental dealer making ALP a strong and healthy manufacturer.
Our focus has been on building the lightest, best built and best valued truck campers in the industry with our Adventurer line. After purchasing the assets of Eagle Cap truck camper in 2010 our goal was to continue the Eagle Cap tradition of the “Built Like None Other” Eagle Cap exclusive “Hybrid Aluminum Fiberglass Super Structure” and keep it true to its followers since it already had a strong customer following. ALP started production at our Yakima facility in Feb 2011 giving the Eagle Cap its own dedicated line and its own exclusive employees to build it to continue its tradition and now with a healthy manufacturer the line will be around for years to come!
ALP has been experiencing double digit growth and is projecting record sales again for 2013 in both truck camper lines and in rental motorhomes.
ALP has some very exciting plans for new growth in the future and welcomes all inquiries from dealers looking to expand their lines, truck campers are a strong profit point for dealers now and worth another look as a dealer principle… it’s not grandpa’s truck camper anymore.
