The great:<br /><br />So much storage! This camper is in great condition. We are the second owners and have enjoyed using it to boondock and stay in campgrounds. We have added a remote-controlled Maxxfan in the bathroom and two 6-volt golf cart batteries. Bunkhouse and the queen mattress have been replaced with residential memory foam mattresses. Get some sweet sleep in the bedroom with the blackout curtains. We have upgraded HVAC thermostat as well. It has 200 watts of solar on the roof as well. The kitchen and bathroom have separate 40-gallon gray water tanks. Combined with the 40 gallons of black tank capacity gives you extended time in the wilderness. Everything works as it should, no surprises! Maintenance has been kept up meticulously. Tires, brakes, and bearings are good to go on your cross-country trip starting now. The fridge/freezer work flawlessly on electric or propane getting down below freezing in the fridge, and hard ice cream loving BELOW 0 in the freezer. Another positive is that the entire camper is accessible and useable without the slideout extended. This is the one you have been looking for. Weight distribution hitch with setup and a master class on how to operate your new RV is included in the sale.<br /><br />The not so great:<br /><br />We tried taking our cat on a weekend trip. She did not take it easy on the couch. The largest defects have been sealed with vinyl repair glue, and the small ones have been left alone.
