This is a "like new" 2022 Rove Lite 14FD. It has all of the standard Rove Lite features, plus tankless hot water heater, electric tongue jack, 4 stabilizing jacks, and electric awning. I has only been towed about 2500 miles with our 2011 Ford Escape and we averaged 14 miles per gallon. Trailer weight is 1760 pounds with a GVWR of 2500 pounds. Gas grill, new microwave, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils included.
