For sale is our wonderful 5th wheel trailer. This trailer means the world to us but is ready for its next home and new set of owners. We are the original owners and have maintained the trailer well during our ownership. At the initial purchase, we paid for the all inclusive 7 year warranty but none of the components have ever needed it. Everything works flawlessly. The trailer is equipped with 2 AC units as well as central heat and an electric fireplace. It is also equipped with an auto-leveling system that will set you level at the push of a botton. This trailer has storage compartments everywhere, so don't worry about running out of space. There are many small cabinets throughout and a very large storage space beneath the trailer with access doors on both sides. The master bed lifts up for additional storage as well. The trailer is equipped with plumping and electrical for a clothes washer/dryer, though we never purchased one during our ownership. The master bed is a queen, the loft bed is a king, the larger couch pulls out to a queen, and the smaller couch pulls out to a full. The max sleeping capacity in beds is said to be 10. The room with the smaller couch has sliding doors to separate that room from the rest of the trailer when needed. The fridge and freezer are enormous and stay ice cold even in hot weather. The stove and oven work great, though we've noticed things need about 5 extra minutes to cook in the oven compared to a conventional house oven. The shower is large and comfortable, even for taller people. The AC units were serviced in July of 2022 and the septic tank was serviced in October 2023 (just recently). Overall this trailer has been amazing for us and would be great for full-time living or traveling in luxury. The trailer shows minor cosmetic flaws here and there as expected, but has no serious issues or damage.

PICS ADDED! Motivated to sell ASAP!<br /><br />Well, I'm going through a divorce and need to sell this to settle the assets. Bought it ~6 months ago with the intent to renovate it and live full time. We repainted all the main cabinets and accented some walls in a pearlescent green with gold accents and custom painted tree accents. <br /><br />Because we didn't finish, there are some minor issues. The most obvious is we tore up the carpet on the step up from the main room to the bedroom to do a test of different materials. It was my ex who was working on that, so me fixing it before resell may just end up making it worse, but if that's a dealbreaker for you, we can maybe work something out. The other most obvious issue is the heating system needs minor repairs. We had a tech look at it, when fixing something else, and expected the repair to be about $250-400, as it's just a replacement part. I just never got around to it because of all the other stuff we were doing and it was summer so it didn't bother us.<br /><br />This RV is not in pristine condition. If that's what you're looking for, you're better off with another listing. BUT, what is wrong with it is all stuff you're probably going to run into within 6 months of your $60k 427rw anyway. Like the faux leather shedding on the Happijac seats is guaranteed from just sitting on it. It's absolutely livable and driveable, as we drove it from Florida to Texas, up to South Dakota, and back here to Washington.<br /><br />1. We originally paid $52,500 for this in March/April of 2023.<br />2. We added 6 brand new tires for about $2,000.<br />3. There's a Restoration Hardware Cloud Sofa worth $4,000. It has performance fabric in white, so it's easy to wash and very, very comfortable.<br />4. We added a Washer/Dryer combo worth $1,500<br />5. We added a short throw projector, ceiling mount, and screen worth $1,600. You can get well over 100" of screen and we played a ton of video games on this while traveling. We HATE the diagonal position of the TV as it does lasting damage to your neck over time, so this is straight on and allows you to have a theatrical experience in the RV.<br />6. New 55" OLED smart tv, $700<br />7. New fridge, $1,200.<br /><br />That's a ~35% discount from our cost<br /><br />If you're looking for a minor fixer upper with a really awesome main living room paint job, I believe this is your rig. <p>Recently renovated 45 ft toy hauler, it was used for only a few months and our circumstances have changed so we are looking to sell it. </p><p></p><p>We modified the bedroom by painting the walls and ceiling with mold proof primer and white and purple paint. The bathroom is pink with a banana wall paper on the doors. </p><p></p><p>The door to the bedroom didn't close well so we replaced it with a heavy blue velvet curtain. </p><p></p><p>New mattress with a mold proof matt. Painted the bed with mold proof primer and white paint. </p><p></p><p>We took the dinette out and replaced it with a clam style work from home desk. Its a desk top that opens for your laptop and closes as a regular dining table.
