For sale is our wonderful 5th wheel trailer. This trailer means the world to us but is ready for its next home and new set of owners. We are the original owners and have maintained the trailer well during our ownership. At the initial purchase, we paid for the all inclusive 7 year warranty but none of the components have ever needed it. Everything works flawlessly. The trailer is equipped with 2 AC units as well as central heat and an electric fireplace. It is also equipped with an auto-leveling system that will set you level at the push of a botton. This trailer has storage compartments everywhere, so don't worry about running out of space. There are many small cabinets throughout and a very large storage space beneath the trailer with access doors on both sides. The master bed lifts up for additional storage as well. The trailer is equipped with plumping and electrical for a clothes washer/dryer, though we never purchased one during our ownership. The master bed is a queen, the loft bed is a king, the larger couch pulls out to a queen, and the smaller couch pulls out to a full. The max sleeping capacity in beds is said to be 10. The room with the smaller couch has sliding doors to separate that room from the rest of the trailer when needed. The fridge and freezer are enormous and stay ice cold even in hot weather. The stove and oven work great, though we've noticed things need about 5 extra minutes to cook in the oven compared to a conventional house oven. The shower is large and comfortable, even for taller people. The AC units were serviced in July of 2022 and the septic tank was serviced in October 2023 (just recently). Overall this trailer has been amazing for us and would be great for full-time living or traveling in luxury. The trailer shows minor cosmetic flaws here and there as expected, but has no serious issues or damage.

This Winnebago has all the bells and whistles to entertain your family on any adventure!<br />It sleeps 10 and has seatbelts for 8! It only has 22,300 miles on the Ford Triton V10 engine and 247.4 hours in the generator. It’s 36’ long and 12’2” tall.<br />The bunkbeds have their own DVD player with headphones so the kids can watch their shows without irritating their siblings or parents ;) <br />Not only does this rig have 3 slide outs to make it feel huge inside, but it also has 2 bathrooms AND each toilet even has a bidet :)<br />There is also a "hidden bed" (according to my kids) right above the driver's seat (it can't be used while driving). It folds down like a murphy bed.<br />The kitchen has a double wide fridge and freezer and a large brand new microwave. <br />It's equipped with much needed side cameras that turn on each time you use your turn signals to help you see into your blind spots to make stress-free turns and a backup camera to ensure safe backing. <br />After you've arrived at your destination, you can easily lower the automatic leveling jacks all from the comfort of the driver's seat with the auto-leveling system (installed new 1 year ago) . <br />This rig also has 3 huge solar panels that help supplement power to the batteries.<br />I also had a anti-theft deterrent placed around the Catalytic converter<br />Once you guys are all setup to enjoy your getaway, there is an outside tv! There is also an outside shower to rinse off those sandy feet/paws :)<br />I just replaced both the house battery and the chassis battery. <br />The tires are only 1 year old.<br />This rig has been maintained about every 90 days at Ryan’s RV (where I purchased it) and the engine maintained at Chucks Chevron over the past year

2021 Carbon 398. This model has a 17 foot garage, good for larger side by sides or families that have multiple toys. It has a gas/electric fridge/ freezer. It has a gas powered tankless water heater, 2 full baths. Wireless chargers on both sides of master bed, closet slide in master. Storage under, beside, and above master bed. Kitchen has 3 burner stove and oven, microwave, pantry, spice drawer, lots of usable space in the cabinets. It has a 3 person couch with 2 spots having heat and vibration, a 49" tv. Speakers inside and out. Dvd/cd player and radio. Storage above and below tv. Garage has 2 beds that slide up and down the walls with couches below. Couches can fold up against the wall or against the bed above for storage of toys. Couches also fold down into queen beds. Tie downs in the floor for securing load. Master bed and garage have bracing and wiring for televisions but it does not have them. Back door doubles as a ramp and as a deck. It has a screen to keep bugs out of the trailer and rails to keep from falling off. The back has an awning. The deck also has outside access via a stair set. Trailer has one awning up front. All slides have slide awnings. All vents have secondary covers. This trailer comes with a factory installed Onan 5.5k gasoline powered generator with a 30 gallon gas tank and fuel station. I had a set of Moryde solid steps installed when purchased. Garage has rubber floor, the living areas have vinyl. It has a gas forced air furnace, 2 a/c units one in the main area the other in the master. It has hydraulic jacks all around and automatic leveling system. It has a larger farmhouse sink and faucet. It has 2 black tanks and 2 gray tanks with 42 gallon capacity each. It has the extreme weather package with the bottom being insulated and heated. It is solar capable from the factory. It has one storage compartment with a sliding drawer for easier access. 2, 7 gallon propane tanks. This is a 44 foot triple axle trailer. It is prepped for a washer and ventless dryer in the garage. Up for sale is our 2022 Keystone Outback Ultralite 302UBH. We purchased this in April of 22 and used it less than a handful of times within Washington. This Keystone Springdale travel trailer has been greatly loved by the original owners.
