This 2022 Outback 221UMD trailer was only used 5 times, in excellent condition and we are the original owners. It has a semi-private bedroom with a king mattress and Thomas Payne collection theater seating. It has a dinette that folds into a sleeping unit, 19 foot automatic lighted awning with adjustable arms, and solid step entry steps. Also has a built-in pet kennel under the bed. It has a spacious 10 cubic foot refrigerator with freezer and pull out trash can. It has Solarflex 400i solar panels and an inverter. We upgraded the tankless water heater to a Truma AquaGo Comfort on demand hot water heater ($2,000 value) so you have instant hot water all the time! Astro-foil barrier added to the fully enclosed underbelly with ducted heat in the floor. Also power stabilizing jacks and air conditioning. It has dual 30 lb propane bottles with auto changeover.

Since we added the new walk-in pantry area there is plenty of room now to store immediatel kitchen essentials in the kitchen area. The subway tile backsplash really gives the inside cabin a new modern feel. <br /><br />OUTSIDE RIG<br />There are 4 large solar panels up top that allow all of the basic necessities to run inside the rig.
