<p>Brand new. We bought this to take a 6 month trip around the West with our family. We ended up deciding to use our teardrop on a shorter trip instead. We always intended to sell this camper when we returned from our trip. Now we are back (we just didn't end up using it).</p><p><br></p><p>It is a beautiful trailer. It has a tankless water heater, 400W solar upgrade, 50 amp service connection so that a second A/C can be installed if desired. Outdoor kitchen, 4 separate bunk beds for the kids with their own room.
