Our loss, your gain! This is priced slightly over wholesale value. obviously I just want it gone. Here's the scoop of why I have it priced so low : Last summer we did an extensive remodal on our personal home, and found this nice trailer to live in while work was being done. I paid 42k for it ! We ended up living in this for 3 months on our property. We thought we would keep it and use it , but we are just not using it like we thought we might. It has never left our property since. ;( I would have had to pay for a rental home during our remodeling, so taking a big loss on this trailer probably evens that expense out anyway. <br /><br />Its been checked out by our local dealer , I can provide all documentation. Please research this brand and these models, they are an exceptional brand! We looked long and hard for a unit and discovered this model to be superior to others. If you look up this model number, you'll find some walkthrough videos on youtube about it. This particular one has a few upgrades, which I included the dealer's "window" sticker in the photos. I have every single manual this thing came with to give you ! You will get an inspection report, and I'll have it detailed and propane tanks filled (it has 2 of them) for you. I will also give you all that I have purchased for it, which includes some nice things to have such as wheel locks, hitch for truck, pipes and hoses, etc . I have priced this slightly over what a dealer would give on trade. This should be a great deal for you!

This is a fun 2019 5th wheel that is light and can be pulled with a 1/2 ton pickup. This comes with a transferable warranty that still has over 3 years left on it for those that worry about buying used. It has lots of outside storage and lots more inside. I Bought this RV trailer in 2019 to use for out of town work purposes and lived in for about 8 months. Then it was used on two vacation trips. It has been very well maitained and is in basically like brand new condition. upgrades include Smart TV in master bedroom, and heated massage love seat in the living area, Day and nith shades on all windows. There is a fire place, big screen TV and has surrond sound throughout including outside area, mid size frige, freezer, micro oven, stove with oven, kitchen sink is a double sink, master bedroom has lots of storage including regular sliding glass door closet. Outside has lighting and awning spands the whole trailer, even has a table that you can install for food prep area. With an outside shower. It's a great trailer with lots of amenties, and towes very well. I do not hold title, but if you lease or cash I could pay it off and have title within 10 days.
