A new washer/dryer(w/vent) was installed last year along with a residential style elongated toilet. All the comforts of home! A There is a new queen icool sleep system mattress too. With a HUGE closet in the bedroom, underbed storage, two huge pantries w/ pull out shelves and cabinets everywhere high and low, you'll have plenty of storage for everything. Outside, there is a huge passthrough storage compartment in addition to the compartment under the hitch in front. A power awning, outdoor speakers and cable and satellite give you everything needed to take the indoors outside! I'm sure I'm missing something, there are so many nice features.</p><p>The previous owner had this sitting on an annual camping spot and barley used any of its features. We purchased last year and used on our annual site for one season. This trailer has seen virtually no road time. Everything basically presents as new, with very little wear and tear.
