Palm Beach
1977 GMC Palm Beach 26’ Class A, RV offered for $39k:

An AMAZINGLY preserved and completely original example of the Iconic GMC RV. In its original, cherry condition… not torn-up and modernized.
It has the original Oldsmobile Tornado 403 engine. Obviously, there are some mechanical updates… I’ve had installed a new, high volume cooling radiator AND rock guard; water pump; normal servicing; new drive chain; gas tanks have been dropped & inspected, NO rust; Brand New Left & Right windshields and new windshield molding; New Batteries; New fuel lines; new belts.
Also, ALL external and internal lights work; 2 House A/Cs in good shape; Quad bags are in good shape, and they have valve shutoffs installed for the bags; original paint and interior, except the carpet has been replaced; Built-in Central Vacuum; Original GMC CB radio; Original Frid/Freezer; Roof Storage Pod; I have the ORIGINAL MANUAL and receipts for work; 36,819 ORIGINAL MILES; Tires have good amount of tread remaining; starts on the first or second attempt EVERY TIME; Onan 6000W Generator works great and also starts on the first or second attempt; 50 Amp Service; I can’t say enough about this time-warp of a rig. It has ALWAYS been in covered storage when not in use, by me and all previous (3) owners, and it shows. Contact John at 210-557-3609.
Issues:
-This model’s typical, fuel overflow issue (when refueling).
-Vehicle A/C just went inop (suspect seized compressor).
-Engine Cooling Fan is not dead center, and fan ends can scrape the fan shroud when in a turn.
-The cable to put into gear has some play.
-1 Plumbing leak exists, but only with pressurized water hose attached, not an issue with water pump usage.
-Never used the stove/oven, but may need servicing.
-Propane tank valve, leaks and needs replacement.
