Hight to top of A/C is 10ft 2 inches, nice low profile and pulls very nice. 7kw Kubota powered diesel generator, 450 hrs and has remote start with temp and oil pressure gauge in living quarters. I am the third owner and it is my understanding that unit was parked inside most of its life, and condition shows this. Landing gear is the same as your typical semi trailer. Shower and toilet is roomy, comfortable and not cramped .  Bathroom is separate from living quarters by pocket door. Electric heat and water heater. Refrigerator runs on LP or electric . Real leather Jack knife sofa makes into bed with 50 gal fresh water tank and pump under it. Convection microwave and three burner cook top. We bought our van brand new off the lot and had it built by VanCraft. The van itself is in great condition! We've loved having it. But due to some changing life circumstances, we've got to get rid of it. We had it serviced at Mercedes.<br />I just had the tires rotated with brand new all-terrain tires put on it. It has a 3 inch lift kit.<br />and the rooftop tent is included! My favorite thing about this build is that the backseat folds up to extend the bed so even if you're 6'5 you can still stretch out and sleep! Push button start. As an aircraft mechanic and show car builder Ive done most of the maintenance except for the Ford dealer oil changes. The suspension and steering upgrades turned it into a relaxed one handed driver. More like a 747 not an airbus. I’ve listed a good brochure link for you tech guys. This one was built on the Ford E-450 not the 350 and verified by the factory. The 25.4 is harder to find. It has the permanent near Queen size bed with memory foam topper in the rear and the slide out up front. The dinette converts to a sleeper as in the pictures and another sleeper up front which is electric and lowers down. Great for kids or to throw your luggage on. This thing sleeps up to six. I have several items that will go with it and will list some below. All decals removed after the first year. More stealthy appearance and less maintenance. Only 10,300 miles. Built in Onan 4000 generator 160hrs. Large built in propane tank.
