The camper was used for less than 15 weekend stays and is immaculate inside and out! <br /><br />Camper comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home including bedding and kitchen furnishings many of which were never used. The camper also comes with an equalizer hitch for weight distribution and sway control and a pair of X-Chock wheel stabilizers.

Welcome aboard this beautiful 2021 Keystone Avalanche 378BH! The current owners traveled extensively with their family around the western US in this camper, and now it is ready for a new adventure with you!<br /><br />The four slides open this RV up nicely when you are stopped for the night. There is plenty of sleeping space, with the bunkhouse in the back and the master bedroom up front.<br /><br />The half bath in the bunk room and the full bathroom with shower are nice features when sleeping six guests.<br /><br />The RV has a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, gas range, and a center island with stainless steel sink.<br /><br />The camper is ready to go and should not need any repairs.<br /><br />The fifth wheel hitch can be included with the sale.<br /><br />There is also an original couch that the current owners did not use that can be sold with the camper.<br /><br />We're also selling our truck separately if you're interested!

This camper has been used less than 5 times since bought new. It has almost every option available. It has been kept covered since it was brought home from the dealership. There is nothing at all wrong with it and it is in new condition. Some of the features include: power jack, power stablizer jacks, 12 volt fridge, a built in vacuume cleaner, table that can be put away for extra space, added awning over slide, power awning(18ft), solar panel, laundry shoot beside bed, and much more. It has storage under bunk beds, queen bed, and under the sofa. This camper is the perfect size, as it is not too heavy and not too big for campgrounds. Never had any kind of leak and never been in an accident.

This is a meticulously maintained, one-owner camper that has always been stored in a climate controlled facility while not in use. It has been used less that 30 times total. The back toy hauler area lets down into an awesome patio that is great for kids, pets or just relaxing. The maintenance is current per Keystone guidelines by Lazy Days RV of Knoxville.

Excellent camper in excellent condition! I bought in April bc I travel for work, but have decided a hotel is just more convenient. I traveled solo and I loved the queen bed, rear living space for the evenings and a big dinette for my work computers. The previous owners just didn’t use like they thought and needed to sell. I used it 1x per month since I bought it. I found 1 bathroom sink connection that was leaky and fixed it. I also found the toilet flush valve was broken and fixed that. They now work perfectly. The only damage I know of is the front stabilizer jacks stopped working and I just don’t care to fix them. I bought a pair of small, aluminum jacks that do the same thing. The rear jacks work great. The awning (shown in the pictures) has a small “tear” and the awning led light strip never worked for me and again, I just didn’t really care. I’d assume it’s an easy fix. Like new Raptor 423 Toyhauler! Bought new in July of 2020. Brought to my property in July and lived in it for one year. Absolutely nothing wrong with it and in like new condition. Hasn't traveled anywhere, only one trip from AL to Clarksville, TN then Nashville and you can tell. Pristine condition. 2 side awnings, 1 awning on rear, gas range, gas heat, 3 ac units, 3 beds, washer and dryer hookups. Professionally washed/waxed October 2022. What a great rig! Hate to let it go, but must for this phase of life. 39' with a 13' 6" garage perfect for those toys. I used it for a golf cart and Harley. Awnings have some staining from fall leaves, but all appliances work perfectly, fridge is cold and propane system works flawlessly. 106 gal fresh water, 1 41 gal grey for shower and bathroom vanity, 1 41 gal grey for kitchen sink, 1 44 gal black water tank. Generator on board, 2 30 gal gasoline tanks with fueling station for the toys. Dry trailer weight is 13,766. Max trailer weight is 17,000 lbs and a tongue weight of 3,110 lbs. I use the Anderson Goose Neck hitch attachement which will go with the trailer.

Very well taken care of 5th wheel. Unit just had a recent full detail cleaning. Has full 3K$ ceramic coating. Total of 5 slideouts. Full automatic hydraulic self leveling system. automatic awning. unit has around 2000 miles of road travel tires are in great condition. one rear slide coutch has been removed as if was used to place a desk for remoyte work. All functions of the trailer work as they should. comes with a combo washer and dryer installed ready to go. (life changing for longer trips) storage on this unit is second to none with the full rear storage slide out. also comes with the added wi fi box that can be activated though your carrier for good internet connection. A small flatcreen TV has been added to the outsde for fun bbq partys. has a propane connection located outside to use your grills from the onboard tanks. This is a ready to hit the road 5th wheel hitch up and go enjoy. Only used the trailer for temporary living while our home was being constructed so has been set up very few times.
