Offering an excellent condition 2013 Forest River Cedar Creek Fifth Wheel, 34' in length. We are the second owner. We purchased this unit at the end of 2021 for my father to live in permanently. Unfortunately, he has fallen ill and our plans have changed. The original owner maintained this unit impeccably. It is far above the typical condition a 2013 would normally be in. Very clean inside and out, only mild wear. The custom exterior "paint" job is near perfect. <br />It does have some flaws, a fender flare is missing on the outside which is easily replaceable and the interior blinds need to be re-strung or replaced. A leak was dicovered in the main living room slide but was addressed quickly, there is one small spot that was affected. It has been inspected and is no longer getting wet. This is a true polar package unit which is the reason we purchased it. It has an enclosed bottom, holding tank heaters and it's better insulated. There is a propane furnace as well as an electric heat pump and the electric fireplace which actually throws pretty good heat. The AC units and furnace have been serviced and we replaced the power converter as well as th LP detector. All systems are in good working order. This RV is plumbed and wired for a washer/dryer, it has central vac and great storage space. The floor plan is convenient, it has a side aisle bathroom with a shower stall, a nice size bedroom with queen bed, tv and a large closet, a comfortable living room with two very comfortable recliners, a pull out sofa and a large hiedaway tv. The kitchen is perfect. It's great for preparing any meal with tons of storage and counter space, a propane stove (oven/cook top), microwave and fridge. The dining area is cozy with seating for two but room for more. There is an antenna for over the air tv as well as a direct tv sattelite system which works very well. It's also equiped with the automatic self levelling jack system which is so slick and easy to use. <br /><br />If you are looking to get out of your house permanently and make RV living your thing this is an awesome unit!
