<br /><br />If you see the van listed here, it's still available!<br /><br />I purchased the van a couple years ago with the intention of having it converted into a Sportsmobile-like Off Road van. In April of 2022 I dropped it off at Timberline Vans in Golden, CO for the conversion. I picked the van up in October 2022 after the conversion was completed. Since that time I have taken the van on two short camping adventures. Most of the van's accessories (shower, stove, water heater, sink, etc.) have not been used at all. In the time since receiving the van post conversion, I've decided to go in a different direction with my RV plans, and have decided to sell El Jefe. The guys at Timberline Vans did an amazing job with the conversion. It is now the perfect van for serious off-road adventures. It has plenty of clearance, an amazing off road ready 4wd and suspension system. It has an onboard Air Lift system with compressor and an an advanced wireless controller that lets you rule your air spring system by adding and releasing air pressure on the fly. Almost everything about this van conversion is new or barely used. It's beautiful in appearance and a remarkably capable off road. I've hardly driven it since the conversion (1,000 miles or less). I have copies of the build sheet and operating instructions if you're interested.
