Only used 4 or 5 times so it is like new. Two a/c units,rear camera,sewer hose and water hoses included along with wheel chooks and Blue OX Stabilizer. The booth table lifts so if additional counter space, it’s right there and there is storage under it for all my card games. The dining booth makes into a bed. Microwave/convection oven. Double sink and a good-sized counter. Tons of storage. There is one slide out on driver’s side, length of the living and bedroom area. You can still get to bath, bed, fridge, couch, and table. Loft Bed over cockpit drops down with key giving additional sleeping area, storage there also. Comfortable couch folds out, dining area makes into a bed. Only carpet in rig is over the doghouse, rest of flooring is nice plank type vinyl. All light-colored cabinets and floor. USB connections everywhere.TV in the living area and TV in the bedroom., along with one outside. The bedroom is a queen bed, lots of wardrobe and drawers. Under bed is a huge amount of storage. Sleep 5 comfortably, or 7 by doubling up.My payoff on it at this time is $178,000 BUT I am listing for $170,000 and will pay the balance. I am negotiable so don’t be afraid to call me.
