Bought it and paid $25000 cash for it. Lived in it for a year while house was being built. Added second air conditioner a year and half ago. Fresh batteries 3 months ago. Everything works as it should. Has a queen pillow top mattress. Tripod hitch stabilizer. Water sewer and electric hook ups. Now for the bad part, we bought it knowing it had a soft spot in the floor. I marked it in one of the pictures with red tape. There seems to be some areas on outside that are pitting. I took pictures of these areas so you can see them. It doesn't hurt the functionality of the camper but it is not aesthetically appeasing.

<p>This trailer has all the comforts of home. Has a 12' garage with happy jack beds and deck (ramp) off the garage. Washer/dryer hookup. For entertainment there are 3 TVs, one stereo system in the main unit and a radio system in the garage. A large kitchen with a full pantry and a large double door refrigerator. A loft bed is off the living room. A full bedroom suite with queen sized bed, dresser and closet. Has a central vacuum system, outdoor shower and pass through storage. Ceiling fan in living room. This unit has a cold weather package. Tires are 2 years old with very little wear. The roof was recently cleaned, and UV sealed. Onan 5500 generator with 143 hours (see cons below). There are 2 awnings with underlighting on one. Both AC units run cold air and the main AC unit was recently cleaned and serviced by Camping World.</p><p>Cons:</p><p>1) One of the chairs that came with the RV has a broken leg.</p><p>2) The generator was recently tested and serviced at camping world. They state that the belt needs to be replaced to be able to run the main AC unit (the main AC runs fine with cold air when the unit is powered from shore power). We did not elect to replace the belt since we do not boon dock. The quote given to us to pull the unit and replace the belt was approximately $700.</p><p>3) The paint on the front has faded.</p>
