She was in St Cloud, FL. because during a presale inspection, she was found to have FES (front end separation). After many conversations with Richard Robinson of Vintage Metal Trailers and hours of research about this Airstream design flaw, we contacted Richard and listened to how this flaw should be repaired. We were sold. So, he and his team custom make the steel brackets only after looking at each individual Airstream, as no two Airstreams are alike. They then weld the brackets in place. Next they replace and seal the rub rail which goes around the entire trailer. They pressure test for leaks and seal to ensure no leaks. A loose window was also fixed.
