We are careful about maintaining proper tire inflation and checking lug torque. We have had no popped or loose rivets. We have had no pets or smoking in the trailer. All smoky or greasy cooking is done outside so there are no cooking odors in curtains and fabric.<br />Locks and seals are lubricated and well maintained. Front door is solid with no hinge wobble. We maintain proper tank health with HAPPY CAMPERS RV Holding Tank Treatment and Thetford RV Toilet Seal Lube and Conditioner. We have never had any tank issues. We keep all locks well maintained with 3M Silicone Dry Lubricant and the window, door and storage gaskets maintained and protected with 303 Aerospace Protectant –.
