Meet Big Butt Bessie and Hoss. We are from TX and have been well taken care of by our owners. The RV is a 2021 Grand Design Momentum 397 TH-R. The Onan 5500 Generator has under 60 hours.<br><br>The truck is for sale as well and we believe that the pair belong together but we undertand if someone loves the truck they already own. No hurt feelings. Truck is listed for $62K @ (42K miles). Picture of tires in listing. They were replaced at 29K miles.<br><br>We lived in this RV fulltime from 06/21-01/23 and it has been in covered storage along side the 2020 RAM 3500 since. My husband and I went back to fulltime truckdriving and we aren't home enough to take the RV out anymore.<br><br>We installed a Gen-Y Gooseneck hitch rated for 25K which we believe has helped to maintain the integrity of the RV over the 6000 miles it has been towed. <p>Has a custom deep soaking tub with tankless propane water heater, new toilet with bidet, new exhaust fans and a new furrion rooftop ac. New floors just put in and also has an upgradedmagic chef refrigerator with plenty of room., needs new slide out awnings. Rv is in really good condition. Everything is currently hooked up and running to show.</p>

Just lowered the price on Sept. 29th. I bought the coach new in 2020. I downloaded a report from incheckup, that I can show you that the rv has had no flood damage, accidents, salvage, etc. The rv has never been moved during the winter, or seen salt. Non smoker, always kept the blinds closed so that the sun wouldn't fade the interior. I even put a thick peace of white paper on the entry door to further block out light. There is an outside shower. The couches, chairs, and kitchen cabinets are in excellent condition, as I have cleaned the leather and wood every year. The rv have only been on the road 3 times, so extremely low road travel. The rv is priced right due to a few minor things, such as a critter getting in during the winter and chewing up the string of some of the blinds. I really don't have the patience to re-string the blinds so I knocked the price well down blue book value to cover the cost of some blinds needing replacing, not all of them. The blinds are closed but just don't open without the strings. Just the stings on the outside need replacing. The last two pictures are to show you the minor flaw on the outside of the bottom cabinet is. Also the neon blue light on the oven dials(exterior) don't work either. Other than that, the microwave, fridge, shower, kitchen sink, cabinets open and close like new, and bathroom sink work fine. The fifth wheel is a space saver by parking your car underneath the bed area! The exterior wheels were cleaned every year to prevent any rust, and had the battery taken out every year to put on a low trickle charge during the winter. Come and take a tour of the Sprindale!
