<p>Purchased this unit in November and drove back to Rhode Island from Florida. Unfortunately my husband has passed and I do not have any plans for it. This unit is in perfect shape. Highlights of work we had done because we planned on keeping it:</p><p></p><p>New awning</p><p>All windows resealed (one had moisture in it so we figured we would do them all)</p><p>Ceramic coating</p><p>4 New smart TV's</p><p>New mattress with 3 inch foam and cover</p><p>2 new air conditioners</p><p>New Blue Ox towing system with attachments for a jeep</p><p>Windsheild and side driver and passenger windows have magnetic outside black out shades.</p><p></p><p>I have an extended warranty that was purchased in November that is tranferable (4 years-48,000 miles)</p><p></p><p>Was completely serviced at dealer prior to purchase. Title in hand<br />1 Year old lightly used 377BH. Has all the bells and whistles. It has been stationary at a camp ground in Rhode Island. Come take it off my hands, I am not much of a camper.

<p>This is the 2018 Northstar Igloo for 8 foot bed 1 ton pickup SRW or DRW. It is a true four season truck camper with added underside insulation and 2X 206 Amp Hour lithium batteries for a total of 412 AH of battery use along with a 200 watts of roof solar and 50 amp Renogy DC to DC charger monitored by Bluetooth Victron BMV-712. When in use in cold climates, the water tanks, batteries and toilet are all within the conditioned space of the camper, so there is no concern for freezing or having to "dry camp". </p><p><br></p><p>All windows are European-style acrylic thermal double pane insulated windows with complete black out shades and bug screen which roll internally for storage when not in use. They completely lock open for easy pass thru of food or other if needed. when the shades are closed at night, they do not let internal light escape. </p><p><br></p><p>Camper has internal storage to securely hold and vent to outside a Honda 2200 Generator to provide extra power if needed. The generator storage area contains an electrical panel plug in point for conveinece.</p><p><br></p><p>The Igloo internally holds 2 X 20 lb propane tanks, 40 gallons of water, 15 gallons grey and a 5 gallon cassette toilet. There is a 4 gallon gas water heater. </p><p><br></p><p>The kitchen features a large (6 cu ft) propane / AC refrigerator - freezer with lots of room for a truck camper. It has a 3 burner propane stove and oven with stainless steel cook top cover for added counter space. The double bowl kitchen sink and faucet and wand provide ample room for washing and drying dish ware. I installed a custom built solid mahogany dinette removable table on a laguna mount that is easy converted to a day bed. </p><p><br></p><p>Camper is in great condition and clean. Tie downs come with it as well as tie down truck mounts for a 2017 Ram 3500 long bed. The camper is built for off grid and is on the larger / comfortable side for long trips. I have easily been able to boondock in towns and cities for overnight or day visits in a parking space as you journey. The rear and side roll out Fiama awnings are in pristine condition. </p><p><br></p><p>The cost of shipping (should you not pick up), can be negotiated into the asking price of camper or I will take the cost of fuel to travel to pick up camper off the asking price of camper. Reasonable offers will be accepted. </p><p><br></p><p>The 2017 Ram Longhorn Laramie 6.7 Cummins Diesel (107K miles) seen in pictures is not included. </p>

Selling our dream RV, we had it built and got to design the interior as well. We have used it maybe for 4-5 trips. We don't have the time to enjoy it much and we felt it was time to let it go. It's immaculate, we haven't even used the oven yet. Back deck and side deck included as well. No issues and everything works and runs like a charm. Please don't low ball me I don't NEED to sell it.

2013 Entegra Anthem 42 DLQ, Purchased 4 years ago and used only once. My father passed away and not something I have time for right now. Need to sell, was previously one owner. All batteries brand new, motor and accessories. 2 New tires. Everything in excellent condition and is working to the best of my knowlege, i have not set up completely, just opened and made sure all the major things were operating. Generator started right up as well Serious offers only. Has small water leak, behind drivers seat.

<p>We are the 2nd owner of this coach,and it currently has just over 25000 original miles. Just got it state inspected RI ,and just came back from a trip from RI to Florida everything went great. This is a Newmar not a cheap motorhome like some of the other ones. Interior is in nice condition.new house and motor batteries last year, tires only 6,000miles added roadmaster center steer stablizer last year made a difference in sway, 40 "smart tv in living room ,brand new inflatable queen mattress in couch, just put the key in and go to Florida or California </p>

This 31f is in Excellent condition, kept close to new at all times, but we are going back to TT as kids have grown, and too much room for us now. We have title in hand!
