<p>Purchased this unit in November and drove back to Rhode Island from Florida. Unfortunately my husband has passed and I do not have any plans for it. This unit is in perfect shape. This wasour first RV purchase 3 years ago and we have enjoyed our excursions traveling the East Coastwith the Vegas. We have decided to downsize to a smaller unit since it is only the two of us(soon to be) retirees.</p><p>We have been diligent in maintaining this RV and can provide copies of all maintenance & repairinvoices. Repairs performed include; Installation of a new control panel and replacement of theflow sensor on the on-demand hot water heater.</p><p>We LOVE the ease with which you can travel and park this unit, we’ve had a great time tailgatingat sporting events & concerts, week long trips to visit family, weekend visits with the grandkidsand camping trips with friends.</p><p>There is plenty of room for company! The comfortable flip-up queen bed found in the rearbedroom area and the cab bunk allows lots of space for sleeping and relaxation. Even thedinette is multi-functional providing dining space and within a minute or two can even be madeinto a bed for extra sleeping space for friends or family members!</p><p>We love the exterior entertainment center, it allows us to continue being outside and enjoying thefresh air, all while watching our favorite games or catching a favorite movie or television show!</p><p>We do appreciate the lighted storage compartments on the outside, very convenient whenpacking and unpacking.</p><p>Comfortable furnishings, a complete bath, and functional kitchen amenities - We couldn’t haveasked for more in our first RV!</p>

<p>Ive owned this fifth wheel since 2020. Was practically new when I purchased and have cared for it well the past few years. It is very functional; all slides, awnings, AC, furnace, stove, heat pump and electronics work well. (I've noted the few issues below). (When I first purchased this fifth wheel there was a small leak on that slide. Leak was repaired with no significant damage, just had some rippling in the wallpaper which I had cut out with intentions to replace - Have not got around to that. Couch covers that area well FWIW)</li><li data-list="bullet">Driver side storage box has some damage, the arm that supports the door and holds it open is broken. The door and storage space is fully functional, but does not stay open on its own.</li><li data-list="bullet">Both fantastic fans do not work. I have two replacement fans from the factory that are brand new in box. Have not gotten around to replacing them.</li><li data-list="bullet">Some minor cosmetic body damage/ scuffing as pictured.</li><p><br></p><p>As far as I know these are the only issues with the fifth wheel. Just want full transparency as a seller, the same I would hope for as a buyer. Ive included photos of the damaged portions. All of these issues should be fairly simple repairs, I had planned to complete prior to sale but unfortunately do not have time available. Ive taken all of this into consideration while pricing this unit, and hope somebody can give this Montana the little TLC is needs to be like a new unit again.</p><p><br></p><p>Available in Smithfield, RI.
