Excellent luxury travel trailer!<br />My wife and 2 kids used it for 2 years, but the kids got older and no longer wanted to travel. <br />I added a lot of extra stuff: Upgraded Pyle Marine Speakers inside and outside (with LED), Pyle 400W Bluetooth Amplifier with center speaker, rear camera with 7" monitor, 5G 4G LTE Cell Phone Signal Booster, brand new battery with Waterproof Solar Powered Battery Charger & Maintainer, wheel chucks, power stabilizers with Lock-Arm Stabilizing Bar, Equal-i-zer 4-point Sway Control Hitch, 14,000 Lbs Trailer Weight Rating, and everything you'll need for camping: wheel levelers, wheel covers, tires are 1-2 years old, Camco RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hoses with supports, elbows, 3-way connector, RV water supply hoses, Heavy Duty 50 Amp RV Power Cord, 36' with Surge Protector, amco PowerGrip Camper/RV Dogbone Electrical Adapter 30-Amp Male and 50-Amp Female, even camping hanging lights. Never used 4-Wheeler Tote Tank - 42 Gallon capacity.<br />King mattress in main bedroom and upgraded memory foam mattress in sleeper sofa. When buying from a dealer, you don't get all this extra stuff worth around $2k.<br />Purchased in Feb. 2020 on auction in Clearwater, FL. The original owner struck the main slide on his first camping in St.Pete, FL, and bent the slide actuator. They disconnect slide mechanism and push the slide back inside, and the insurance company puts it on auction.<br />In March 2020, the slide mechanism was replaced using the original parts from Lippert. Two tanks of propane are plenty for cooking. The water heater can be heated with electricity or propane. The furnace heater is propane only. The fridge is working during riding. <br />Electric fireplace under 50" TV can also heat during colder nights.<br />Unfortunately, the sleeper sofa starts peeling, but this can be fixed for a few hundred dollars. <br />Everything is electric, no cranking. **PRICE DROP! **<br>2017 Great used condition bunkhouse layout camper for sale! One owner. Bought new and parked permanently at a campground. Moved maybe 8 times total. Tires are in excellent condition. Some sun damage to exterior paint, some fading. Over slide awnings added on extra at dealership. Interior with normal wear and tear. Blinds in bunkroom need to be replaced. Dining room table with some scratches and wear/tear at foot of table. Everything in good working condition. We added memory foam mattresses to both the queen bed and sleeper sofa bed. Sun shades have been put over all three vents on top of camper. There is a very large medicine cabinet with mirrors in the bathroom and plenty of storage. There are two a/c units. There is 50 amp service, two outside storage cubbies, outside speakers and outside hookup for tv. Two awnings with LED lit electric are on the door side of the unit. The awnings are 10' and 16'. There are two propane tanks, and two batteries. The capacity of the water tanks are 68 gallons grey, 34 gallons black, and 42 gallons fresh. The hot water heater can run off propane or electric. The trailer was purchased in December 2022 and was only used for four months while repairs were completed to our home after hurricane Ian. This is a great trailer and must be seen to be appreciated.
