Used Palm Harbor RVs for sale in Pennsylvania

We bought this in March of 2022. We set it up in a permanent spot in a campground and used it maybe 6-8 times in 2022. Was used maybe 5 times in 2023. This camper is in near perfect condition. Has one small hole about a 1/4 in the awning from an amber from a fire. The only time it has seen the rode is bringing it from the dealer. We are selling because we bought a fifth wheel to travel more.

Hook it on your truck and you are ready for a summer road trip! <br>This is a like-new, well maintained hauler. 2018 Radiance 28 QD in very good condition. This camper has been lightly used for the last few years by my family. Approximately 8 days per year total. We enjoyed it alot, but my kids have grown up and we only used it 2 days this year. It is time to let someone lese enjoy it. Everything works as it should. The inside is a 9 out of 10 in condition. The exterior is a 7 out of 10 due to some light sun fading and two small areas where the lamination is not perfect. 2 years ago I realized there was a small bubble in the lamination down both sides of the camper in the very front and realized that the caulk at the top on the roof had split a little. After recaulking the roof edges in the front by the cap, there have been no further issues. The camper is dry inside and everything works. Similar models are for sale in the $20,000's.
