We always parked the RV slightly tilted to the rear so rainwater would run off the back. As water rolled down the rear of the slide, the water wicked up through slightly damaged moisture barrier. (see image below). Called around for some estimates and it would be around $1000 to $1500 to hire someone to fix it.<br /><br />· Roof has a patch from a small tree branch puncture approx 1' in diamter. Never leaked, but the patch could use replacement.<br /><br />· Bathroom skylight has a crack in it that has been sealed up with roofing tape as a temporary fix.<br /><br />· The floor around the toilet was soft and patched up due to leaking toilet seal which has been replaced.<br /><br />· Chair and sofa has the faux leather that is peeling.<br /><br />· It needs a good waxing. The side opposite of door looks the worst because that's the side that got the most sun. It's been waxed a couple times and it looks great afterwards, but the shine doesn't last long.<br /><br />Overall, this would make a great RV for anyone whether you tackle these issues yourself or hire a professional. We love the layout of this RV and the only reason that we are selling it is because we bought a new one. <b>NOTICE:</b> Will be available to show starting October 26th as my wife and I are truck drivers and are on the road until then.<br /><br />RV is still financed through a credit union. If you're financing, both banks can handle the transfer. Otherwise, we can do a notorized BOS and mail signed title once it's recevied from bank.

I am the second owner of this camper, I purchased it on 4/22 from an ATV/jet ski dealer. They took it in as a trade. The original antenna was cracked when I purchased. This caused some water leakage which softened the back floor rear corner. It is a small area but not to bad or noticeable when walking around inside. The photo with the circle is where it is. I immediately replaced the antenna with a Winegard 360, so the water leak is fixed. The only other issue with the camper is a small wrinkle/bubble on the slide out roof. It does not leak and can be patched if needed. Underneath the trailer, the dealer cut the plastic skin to inspect for water damage, but these are patched up. I made one modifcation to the camper, I installed a door between the entrance area and back of camper. It is a hollow core door and does not weigh very much. It can easily be removed if desired, but adds privacy and acts a sound barrier. The rest of the camper is in excellent condition and very clean. Everything works. The battery was brand new when I purchased. The awning is push button powered, and the tongue jack is power also. The length is 26 feet not including the bumper and tongue. There is lots of cargo storage. The roof is in great condition. The paint is in excellent condition on the sides and back, the front has a slight chaulkiness to it, but good condition. The sofa converts to a small bed, as well as the dinette area. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The heat works great, and circulates in a chamber beneath the floor for adde comfort.
