Like new, amazing RV with the bright white Farmhouse interior and bunk beds! We purchased it brand new at the beginning of last year. The 31F with the white interior and bunk beds is the most popular model and it was very tough to find one, even looking up and down the east coast. Solar panel keeps batteries charged! Cummins Onan 4000 onboard genator. This RV is loaded from the factory with everything to travel and camp anywhere. It is a house on wheels.<br /><br />The RV is fantastic and completely ready to go, with all the proper equipment to keep the RV safe and clean. We have the Power Watch Dog Smart Autoformer, that protects the entire electrical system. We added an Auto Generator Starter, that will automatically start the generator while you are away, if there is a loss of power. It also has interior temperature monitoring if you are camping without shore-power and it will start the generator if the RV gets to hot inside.
