The only miles on it are the ones put on when we had it delivered just over 100 miles. It has served us well in all weather conditions, including -30*F winter and 100*F+ summer and we were comfortable with the propane heat furnace, electric fireplace and two AC units. There are a few minor blemishes in the paint on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, otherwise everything is in good working condition. There is a large amount of storage in every room including a kitchen pantry, master bedroom closet, utility/washer&dryer closet, and under the bed storage. It is in great condition and very clean, ready for the next owner!

We have decided to sell our 2022 camper after an amazing trip out west and back. Everything is in good working condition, no leaks, and transferable warranty.
