No leaks and everything is in working order. Awning was replaced last summer. Great outdoor kitchen with 2 burner stove, mini fridge, and sink with hot/cold water. Weight distribution hitch and sway bar can go with trailer if needed. We are only selling because we upsized to a fifth-wheel.
